Residential Design & Remodeling
The client wanted to remodel the entire space of a residential historic loft-style apartment (condo), including the HVAC system, lighting, fixtures, and some walls.

Floor Plan
A scaled floor plan with precise dimensions was created in Layout, computer-based digital floor plan rendering software, width various layers to show dimensions, ceiling panel grids, existing walls, new lighting to be added, new wall buildouts, and new fixture and other build-in placements.
